STEM Leader Level 7 - Tutor Assessor Training

The SCQF Level 7 Award in STEM Leadership is a qualification that enables candidates (STEM Leaders) to improve their leadership skills and qualities, undertake an independent research project and present, share and report on the results of the project.

The course has particular focus on Learning for Sustainability (LfS) and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which is a crucially important topic for today's learners.  STEM Leaders will select particular SDGs and/or LfS themes to act as a starting point for their research project.  The award also enables STEM Leaders to engage with a coach/mentor, either an individual or an organisation, who - alongside a member of staff in their centre (The Tutor Assessor) - will support them to undertake the research project.
