Become a Tutor Assessor for both the non-formal (aligned to Curriculum for Excellence Second, Third and Fourth Level) and formal (aligned to SCQF Levels 4-7) YSLP. Most suitable if you work with young people aged from upper primary to ages 16+ Open to all educators in North Lanarkshire Council.

Want to empower young people to inspire, lead and mentor their peers in STEM? Join over 1000 Young STEM Leader Delivering Centres across Scotland.
The Young STEM Leader Programme (YSLP) is an exciting leadership award which aims to spark greater interest and participation in STEM among young people in Scotland. The Scottish Government funded programme is led by SSERC.
As well as allowing Young STEM Leaders to develop important leadership, communication and employability skills, working towards a Young STEM Leader Award will also motivate the young people to continue to progress their STEM studies and perhaps eventually embark on a career in STEM. Above all else, this programme aims to promote STEM curiosity in young people in a fun and engaging way.
